This program supports the installation of Level 2 chargers at multifamily housing properties, with a particular focus on high-need areas. Rebates are subject to two funding caps, determined by low-income housing status and geographic location:60% of total eligible project costs, up to $10,000 per charging plug — for projects at housing developments that meet the low-income housing eligibility criteria or are located in a significantly burdened census tract60% of total eligible project costs, up to $6,000 per charging plug — for all other developments.
