Pedernales Electric Cooperative - Distributed Generation Interconnection Rates

Pedernales Electric Cooperative offers a sustainable power credit to residential and small commercial customer with distributed generation systems up to 50 kW. The credit, set in accordance with a value of solar study, equals $0.071921/kWh. Commercial customers with systems over 50 kW receive a wholesale energy credit equal to the real-time load zone price in ERCOT.Interconnect Time-of-Use RateCustomers enrolled on the Interconnection Time-of-Use Rate instead receive credits equal to the retail rate of the corresponding time-of-use period. Unused credits roll over to the end of the calendar year, at which point they expire.
