Program Summary

Denver is launching rebates for all-electric new construction in 2025. The rebates will fund:Projects with all-electric space and water heating equipmentProjects pursuing all-electric Passive House certificationIndividuals seeking Passive House credentials and training.These rebates cannot be stacked with other Denver incentives for the same piece of equipment, but can be stacked with Xcel Energy's or federal incentives.
