Program Summary

Tri-County Regional Energy Network (3C-REN) offers a variety of incentives for energy efficient equipment upgrades to multifamily property owners in the counties of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura. Eligible equipment includes heat pumps, water heaters, smart thermostats, insulation, air sealing, windows, lighting, and others. Eligible properties must be existing buildings with 5 or more units and receive utility service from PG&E, SCE, or SoCalGas.
