Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) - Multifamily Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) offers various energy efficiency rebates for multifamily property owners. Customers may be eligible to receive rebates for heating and cooling systems, water heating systems, insulation, and weatherization upgrades. All multifamily properties with five or more dwelling units in the nine county Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma) are eligible to apply. Properties located in high-priority zones that are most impacted by air pollution, extreme heat, and high housing costs qualify for additional rebates.
