Eversource and NEIF offer 0% APR fixed financing covering 100% of project costs for qualifying heat pumps, ductless systems, and battery storage in your New Hampshire home—loans range from $1,000 to $10,000 with no lien on your property and flexible payoff terms. You must have an active Eversource electric account, be current on bills with at least one year of payment history, and work with a NEIF-Approved Contractor; apply directly online or through a contractor for a fast credit decision. Note: The program is currently not accepting new applications, though NEIF's standard EnergyPlus financing remains available as an alternative.

NEIF-Approved Contractors can offer customers affordable, transparent 0% APR financing for heat pump and battery storage installations, helping close sales on higher-value projects with streamlined approval and direct payment from NEIF upon project completion. To participate, contractors must apply for NEIF Seal of Approval status and meet standards for quality work, customer service, financial stability, and personal integrity; the program provides marketing tools, training videos, and contractor resources to support your sales team.

The program is separately funded by Eversource's Clean Energy Fund (not customer-funded NHSaves resources) and operates on a first-come, first-served basis with loans from $1,000 to $10,000 at 0% APR. Eligible borrowers must be Eversource account holders, owner-occupants of primary residences (1–4 unit properties), current on electric bills with one year of payment history, and have no more than two late payments in the past 12 months; loan payments are made through the utility bill. Target technologies include air-source and geothermal heat pumps (with specified SEER/EER/HSPF/COP minimums), ductless systems, and approved battery storage (Sonnen and Ecolinx models only).
