As a commercial customer of a participating South Dakota municipal utility, you can receive cash rebates for energy-efficient equipment upgrades including HVAC systems, LED lighting, commercial refrigeration, food service equipment, and more. Bright Energy Solutions' program provides your commercial customers access to rebates across a wide range of efficiency measures—from lighting controls and heat pumps to comprehensive whole-building upgrades—through 12 South Dakota municipal utility partners. Verify your customer's utility membership in the program network and work with the utility to ensure equipment meets program requirements and documentation standards.

This rebate program, administered by Bright Energy Solutions, serves commercial customers across 12 South Dakota municipal utilities that are members of Missouri River Energy Services. Participating utilities include Beresford, Big Stone City, Brookings, Burke, Pickstown, Faith, Flandreau, Fort Pierre, Pierre, Vermillion Light & Power, Watertown, and Winner. The program covers commercial refrigeration, compressed air, food service equipment, HVAC, lighting, motors, doors, roofs, and other efficiency measures, with rebate levels varying by utility and technology type.
