Program Summary

Wakefield Municipal Gas & Light Department (WMGLD) offers a one-time solar rebate to its customers. The rebate is set at $0.80/watt off of the total installed cost. Eligible solar installations cannot be above 10 kW DC (residential) and 25 kW DC (commercial), must have less than 20% shading, and face between 90 and 270 degrees.
