Potomac Edison - EV Driven Program

You can save 2¢ per kWh on off-peak charging (11pm–6am weekdays, all day weekends and holidays) by enrolling in the EV-Only Time of Use rate and using a qualified Level 2 smart charger. Enrollment is available through the EV Driven program website, and you can manage your charging schedule anytime via your charger or EV app.

Residential and multifamily customers can access this program, with multifamily properties eligible for rebates covering 50% of Level 2 or DC fast charging equipment costs up to $20,000. The program requires customer enrollment in the EV-Only TOU rate to unlock savings and incentives that make EV charging infrastructure more attractive to your customer base.

EV Driven is a demand-response and rate-design program that incentivizes off-peak charging through a 2¢/kWh TOU rate discount (11pm–6am weekdays, full weekends/holidays) and rebates for qualifying chargers, with multifamily rebates capping at $20,000.
