Alaska Power and Telephone - AMP-UP Program

As an AP&T electrical service customer, you can receive a $500 rebate when you purchase a new or used fully electric vehicle with at least 14 kWh battery capacity. To claim it, bring your EV to an AP&T service center for verification within six months of purchase and submit the required application with proof of title.

You can inform AP&T customers that they qualify for a $500 EV incentive on fully electric vehicles (not plug-in hybrids) with minimum 14 kWh batteries, including long-range electric motorcycles. The program requires in-person vehicle verification at an AP&T service center and documentation that the vehicle is titled to an AP&T electrical customer, with only one incentive allowed per vehicle identification number.

AMP-UP provides $500 per qualifying fully electric vehicle (minimum 14 kWh battery) to AP&T electrical service customers and employees, funded through the utility's power incentive programs.
