The Governmental Alternative Fuel Fleet Grant Program (GAFF) is a program of the Texas Emissions Reduction Program (TERP). This program provides grants for the purchase or lease of new vehicles that operate on hydrogen fuel cells, electricity, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, or compressed natural gas.
