The Texas Clean Fleet Program (TCFP) is a part of the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP). It provides incentives to owners of large fleets of vehicles to replace diesel-powered vehicles with ones powered by alternative fuel or hybrid engines. For more information, visit the program website.
