Level 2 EV Charging Rebate Program

As of July 2025, this program is not accepting applications. All funds have been expended. Check the program website for updates. The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental protection allocated approximately $9.2 million over a five-year period to fund rebates for the installation of Level 2 electric vehicle charging equipment. These rebates are available for Level 2 EV charging equipment that are used for public use at government or non-government owned property and non-public use at work places and multi-unit dwellings.
