In July 2020 the Public Service Commission of New York issued an order, requiring Central Hudson Gas & Electric, Consolidated Edison, National Grid, New York State Electric & Gas, Orange and Rockland Utilities, and Rochester Gas and Electric (Joint Utilities) to implement the Make-Ready Program.
