The Alabama Volkswagen Settlement Beneficiary Mitigation Plan allocated 15% of Volkswagen Mitigation funds for Light-Duty Zero Emission Vehicle Supply Equipment (ZEVSE) infrastructure. This is the maximum amount that Alabama is allowed to use for this purpose under the settlement agreement.
