TVA Energy Right - Commercial Building Revitalization Program

TVA offers incentives for renovations of existing spaces for businesses. Eligible commercial customers with National Accounts can receive $0.75 per square foot and those with All Electric Accounts can receive up to $2.00 per square foot for these renovations. In order to qualify, these renovations must exceed the state/local requirements by at least 6% (if no requirement exists, the requirement to be exceeded is ASHRAE 2010).
