JEA Battery Incentive Program

JEA offers a $4,000 rebate to residential and commercial customers purchasing qualified battery storage systems. Batteries must have a usable capacity rating of at least 6 kWh and a warranty of at least 10 years or 5,000 cycles (one cycle equals one full discharge). Customers must also have a renewable energy system installed to be eligible for the rebate, and the battery system must be charged by the renewable generation system.Multifamily and landlord/tenant applications are considered on a case-by-case basis. Only new batteries are eligible for the rebate; replacement batteries are not eligible.
