This program is available to agricultural and farm customers of Wabash Valley Power Association's 23 member rural cooperatives across Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri who can earn rebates on energy-efficient equipment installations like air-source heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, air conditioners, lighting upgrades, and farm equipment.
