Spire Energy - Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

This program is for commercial and industrial customers, not residential homeowners. If you operate a business, nonprofit, school, or government facility, you can receive rebates for energy efficiency upgrades like boilers, water heaters, HVAC systems, and thermostats—contact Spire to learn about standard rebates for specified measures or custom incentives for other improvements. You can also get funding to conduct an energy audit (up to three buildings per year) to identify additional savings opportunities.

You can help commercial and industrial customers access Spire rebates by offering energy efficiency upgrades in space heating, boilers, water heaters, food service equipment, HVAC, and programmable thermostats. Spire offers standard rebates for pre-approved measures and custom incentives (evaluated using the Societal Benefit/Cost Test) for other system improvements, with an energy audit incentive available to customers who implement these measures.
