Express Energy Efficiency Program

The Express Energy Efficiency Program provides free installation of energy-saving products. This program travels around Wisconsin, community-by-community, to see if they are installing in your community call 1.855.533.8103 to make an appointment. If they are currently not in your community, sign-up to be notified of installation dates and times once appointments become available. Program incentives below may vary by utility.Receive the following products free ($100 value):1. Up to 10 ENERGY STAR® qualified Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs (CFLs).2. Up to 2 ENERGY STAR® qualified Light-Emitting Diode (LED) Light Bulbs.3. High-Efficiency Showerheads – Install as many as needed.4. Water-Saving Kitchen and Bathroom Faucet Aerators – Install as many as needed.6. Water Heater Thermostat Setback Assistance.
