Entergy Arkansas - New Homes Program

The Entergy Arkansas New Home Program provides incentives to new home builders in the Entergy Arkansas service territory.

The program has two paths: the Whole House Path and the Presecriptive Path. The Whole House Path offers incentives to new home builders that exceed teh requirements of the Arkansas Building Energy Code and offers a $.40 per kWh saved plus bonuses for achieving efficiency benchmarks. The Prescriptive Path rewards new home builders for installing ENERGYSTAR certified equipment. Interested parties must submit an application to Entergy Arkansas. Funds are availabile on a first-come, first-serve basis. Participating contractors must fill out an Online Partnership Agreement with the national ENERGY STAR for new homes program.
