Program Summary

Note: For a limited time, qualified homeowners can receive an additional $500 for eligible whole-home heat pump upgrades completed, and rebate claims emailed or postmarked, from March 1, through December 31, 2026.

Qualified homeowners can receive up to $9,000 for residential heat pumps, $8,000 for insulation, $6,000 for biomass boilers, and $3,000 for geothermal heat pumps depending on income.
