Program Summary
Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant (TMLP) offers the 'House N Home' Thermal Rebate Program, which provides financial incentives to residential and non-profit customers for making buildings more energy efficient. Customers are eligible to receive 50% of the total cost of materials and labor, up to $500. Measures eligible for incentives include attic insulation, wall insulation, rim joist insulation, air-sealing measures, window treatments, and pipe/duct insulation. In order to participate, customers must allow TMLP to conduct a free energy audit and provide recommendations. Customers must have an active residential or non-profit electric account with TMLP for 6 months or greater, have a zero balance, and must not have received a rebate in the same calendar year. Customers must purchase eligible measures between January 1 and December 31 of the program calendar year. View the program website to fill out a program application prior to making any purchases. Contact TMLP for more information on this offering.
