City of Madison - Green Madison Business Incentives

Green Madison offers businesses in the City of Madison incentives for installing recommended energy-efficiency improvements. In order to qualify, businesses must have a comprehensive energy assessment by an approved consultant. Incentives are calculated based on the amount of energy savings achieved through installing recommended measures; businesses must achieve at least 15% energy savings in order to qualify.
