Program Summary

Green Madison offers homeowners in the City of Madison incentives for installing recommended energy-efficiency improvements. In order to qualify, residents must have a comprehensive home energy assessment by an approved consultant. Incentives vary by the amount of energy savings achieved through installing recommended measures; residents must achieve at least 15% energy savings in order to qualify. Interested homeowners should submit an application form online, available on the program web site.
