Program Summary

Brownsville Public Utilities Board offers residential and small commercial customers rebates for installation of energy efficient and water conservation measures through their Green Living Rebate program. Customers can apply for rebates for attic/ceiling insulation, duct flow performance, ENERGY STAR windows, HVAC, solar screens and films, and high efficiency toilets.
