Program Summary

The South Western Electric Power CO. (SWEPCO) Residential Standard Offer Program provides incentives to Project Sponsor contractors for installing energy efficiency measures at the homes of SWEPCO residential customers. The primary objective of this program is to achieve cost-effective energy usage reduction in peak summer demand. SWEPCO Texas will enter into contracts for peak demand and energy savings with "Project Sponsors" who are typically energy efficiency service firms such as air conditioning contractors, insulation installers, lighting contractors or national energy service companies.Approved contractors will perform tests on the customer's home and install relevant energy-saving measures including:Attic insulationDuct sealingAir infiltration reductionHeat pump/AC Unit replacementLevel 2 EV Charging Stations
