Bright Energy Solutions administers cash incentive rebates for business, local government, school, and federal government sectors served by five North Dakota municipal utilities that are members of Missouri River Energy Services; rebates cover a broad technology range including geothermal and air-source heat pumps, boilers, LED and other lighting systems, lighting controls, windows, programmable thermostats, building energy management systems, compressed air systems, motor VFDs, commercial refrigeration, water heaters, and custom measures pending approval.
