Program Summary

As of February 5, 2015 funds for this program are fully expended and unavailable at this time. Moorhead Public Service (MPS) offers rebates for qualifying electricity producing solar or wind renewable energy systems. Wind rebates are not availble to residential customers. Rebates are for up to $1,500 per kilowatt (kW). Systems must meet MPS interconnection standards. Interested customers should contact MPS directly using the contact information below.
