Alliant Energy - Low-Interest Energy Efficiency Loan Program

Alliant Energy offers low-interest financing program for the installation of energy efficient improvements. Businesses, residences, farms, or agricultural-related businesses are eligible if Alliant Energy supplies the electricity or natural gas on a retail rate basis for the applicable technology.Interest rates for financing range from 0% - 6.9%. The minimum loan amount is $1,500 and the maximum loan amount under this program is $25,000.

Customers who qualify for the low-interest financing per the financial institution's requirements, pay no fees (processing fees, points, down payments, or security liens) to obtain the loan. Note that Alliant Energy is not involved in the loan approval process.Nearly all energy efficient equipment will qualify, but pre-approval from Alliant Energy is required.
