Program Summary

CPS Energy, in partnership with Build San Antonio Green (BSAG), offers free support and rebates to builders and contractors for new homes that are at least 15% more energy-efficient than the 2021 IECC standards. You can earn a $1,000 rebate for homes with BSAG certification or $800 without it. To get started, submit a pre-construction application, work with CPS Energy to meet efficiency requirements, and after the project is complete, submit final documentation to receive your rebate.
