You can help commercial and industrial customers access rebates on a wide range of energy-efficient equipment including lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, motors, and more through the Hometown Energy Savers Commercial & Industrial program. Projects over $10,000 or involving compressed air leak detection, energy audits, and repairs require pre-approval; visit the Getting Pre-Approval page and use available application forms to initiate projects.

The Lansing Board of Water & Light partners with Franklin Energy Services to deliver rebates to eligible commercial and industrial electric customers for efficiency upgrades across lighting, controls, refrigeration, HVAC, water heaters, heat pumps, and other measures. All purchased products must meet program standards; incentives over $10,000 and certain services like compressed air diagnostics require pre-approval through a designated process. The Small Business Direct Install Program provides free products to qualifying small businesses.
