Program Summary

The Efficiency United Home Performance Program provides landlord or homeowner customers of Michigan Gas Utilities or SEMCO Gas Company with incentives to customers who employ energy efficient measures. Programs offer rebates on mechanical systems, infiltration reduction, insulation improvement, windows, and doors. Incentives will be provided to the home owner and based on fulfilling energy efficiency standards. Efficiency United Semco Energy Michigan Gas Utilities (MGU) Efficiency United member utilities also offer residential weatherization programs and low income programs; customers should review gas utility programs at the website above for details.
