Upper Peninsula Power Company - Business Energy Insights program

This program is for business customers, not residential homeowners. UPPCO's Business Energy Efficiency Program offers commercial and industrial customers free energy assessments through the Business Energy Insights service, where a technician evaluates your facility and provides a report with savings recommendations and estimated energy reductions. The program also provides rebates on qualifying energy-efficient improvements through prescriptive measures (fixed rebate amounts per item) or custom measures (rebates based on actual kilowatt-hour savings).

UPPCO works with contractors on both prescriptive and custom rebate projects for eligible commercial and industrial customers. The program offers fixed rebate amounts for standard measures or custom-calculated incentives based on verified energy savings, and contractors can coordinate energy assessments and rebate applications by contacting UPPCO at 906-449-2222 or ee@uppco.com.
