City of Madison - Green Madison Residential Revolving Loan Program

Green Madison is a revolving loan program for residential energy efficiency improvements. Loans are available for owner-occupied single family residences or owner-occupied multi-family residences of up to three units. Property must be located within the City of Madison. To sign up for the program, interested residents should use the sign up form on the program web site. Residents may also receive cash incentives in addition to the loans through the Residential Incentives Program.
