Lake Worth Utilities - Residential Solar Water Heating Rebate Program

The City of Lake Worth Utilities (CLWU), in conjunction with Florida Municipal Power Agency, offers rebates to customers who purchase and install a solar water heating system for residential use. A rebate of $450 per system is available to eligible applicants. Eligible equipment must be located on customer premises within the CLWU service territory, and must receive either retail electric or potable water service from the Utility. Applications for rebates must be completed and approved by CLWU. A copy of the proof of purchase by customer must also be attached and mailed within 90 days of purchase. The proof of purchase must include a copy of the original sales receipt with the customer name, address, and date of purchase. Receipts must have a separate listing for the equipment and document the manufacturer and model numbers. Forms and information can be mailed to the address listed below.
