ConEd (Gas) - Multi-family Energy Efficiency Incentives Program

Con Edison offers a free energy audit and rebates for Multifamily buildings. Incentives are offered for energy efficient heating equipment for 5-100 unit buildings in the eligible service area. Eligible measures and equipment include water boilers, steam boilers, boiler controls, indirect water heaters, energy management systems, and wifi thermostats. Additionally, certain low cost "in-unit" upgrades including smart power strips and low-flow devices are offered at no charge during the initial energy audit. All equipment must be installed by a participating contractor and installations may be inspected before incentive payments. Contact Con Edison for more information on these programs.
