Program Summary

JEA offers low-interest financing to commercial customers who wish to upgrade to energy efficient equipment. Loan amounts range from $5,000 to $50,000. Loans must be repaid within 10 years of financing. This financing option is available for lighting, HVAC measures, sensors and controls, duct sealing, motors, variable frequency drives, insulation, roofing, windows, refrigeration, heat recovery equipment, building envelope measures, water heating, vending controls, and office equipment. Upgraded equipment must meet or exceed the stated program efficiency requirements. A list of eligible equipment and measures is available on the program web site.
