JEA - Commercial Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

JEA's Commercial Energy Efficiency Rebate Program provides rebates for energy-efficient upgrades like HVAC systems, lighting, water heaters, heat pumps, windows, roofs, and EV charging equipment at your commercial or multifamily property. Through August 31, 2026, you can earn double rebates on qualifying equipment, and optional financing through Allumia may be available to lower upfront costs.

JEA's program creates customer value by offsetting equipment costs through rebates on proven efficiency measures and custom projects pending approval. JEA administers rebates across electric and water efficiency in commercial and industrial sectors through two programs: the Business Rebate Program (flat and capacity/efficiency-based rebates) and the Electrification Rebate Program (up to 50% additional rebates on electric equipment through August 31, 2026). Funding and administration are managed with trade ally support and third-party financing partnerships; custom measures are evaluated case-by-case.
