Program Summary

PG&E offers rebates for owners and managers of multi-family properties of five or more units.

The program offers multifamily property owners a no-cost energy assessment, energy-saving building upgrades, and incentives for energy-saving products installed. Eligible properties are within the PG&E service area with an active PG&E electric or gas account. Eligible properties include:Attached residences w/ 5+ unitsCondos/townhomes/plex propertiesApartment buildingsAssisted livingCommon areasPre-determined rebate amounts can be found at the above link.
