It is part of the Efficiency United and Energy Smart Programs run by Franklin Energy Midwest Energy Cooperative offers a variety of rebates for energy efficient equipment through their Energy Optimization Program. Rebates are available for CFL bulbs, refrigerator and freezer recycling, clothes washers, water heaters, pipe wrap, air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, ECM blower motors and central air conditioning. An online application form is available on the program website. Customers must send a completed application form to the contact address listed below. An original receipt or proof of purchase must be included along with a copy of the customer utility bill. Funding is limited and rebates are not guaranteed to all applicants. Rebate applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
