Piedmont Natural Gas - Commercial Equipment Efficiency Program

As a commercial customer of Piedmont Natural Gas in good standing, you can receive a rebate for installing a high-efficiency natural gas tankless water heater if the equipment is on the eligible list and installed before you apply. This program does not cover new construction projects.

You can help your commercial customers in the Piedmont service territory qualify for rebates on eligible high-efficiency tankless water heaters; ensure equipment meets the efficiency qualifications in the rebate application and that installation occurs during the rebate period before the customer submits their application.

This rebate program targets existing commercial customers of Piedmont Natural Gas in good standing who install eligible high-efficiency natural gas tankless water heaters in retrofit applications. Rebates require pre-installation eligibility verification, installation completion prior to application submission, and verification that equipment meets stated efficiency standards; new construction is excluded from eligibility.
