You can help agricultural customers access prescriptive rebates for common efficiency upgrades (LED lighting, plate coolers, variable speed milk systems, heat recovery units, and motor VFDs) or pursue customized rebates for other approved technologies. Program summary
In Vermont, agricultural operations are eligible for prescriptive and customized incentives for equipment proven to help make farms more efficient. Prescriptive rebates are available for lighting and for a variety of equipment including plate coolers, variable speed milk transfer systems, heat recovery units, milk vacuum pump VFDs, and sap vacuum pump VFDs, among others. Several rebates target dairy farmers specifically.
