PECO Energy (Electric) - Non-Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program
This program is designed for businesses and organizations, not residential homeowners, so it does not apply to you unless you own a multifamily residential building or non-profit facility.
You can help eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, school, and government clients reduce energy costs through prescriptive incentives for HVAC, lighting, motors, refrigeration, and other measures, or by pursuing custom projects that must be pre-approved by PECO; customers apply online or by mail with completed applications.
PECO offers both prescriptive (pre-determined savings and incentive levels) and custom energy efficiency incentives for non-residential sectors including commercial, industrial, schools, nonprofits, and government facilities; CHP incentives reach up to $2 million, and all custom measures require advance PECO approval before implementation; contact 1-866-0357 or pecoCHP@exeloncorp.com for details.

Program summary
PECO provides custom and prescriptive incentives for commercial energy efficiency retrofits including HVAC systems, Lighting, EC Motors, Refrigeration, CHP, and Food Services. Prescriptive incentives are energy efficiency measures with pre-determined savings and incentive levels. Custom measures include that are not listed in the prescriptive list, and must be approved by PECO in advance.
