National Fuel - Residential Conservation Program

Residential Western New York National Fuel Customers can apply for energy efficiency rebates through the Conservation Incentive Program. Energy Efficient products installed after December 1, 2009 are eligible for rebates as long as receipt/invoice with retailer/contractor name and Federal ID number/Certificate of Insurance are available as documentation. Applications are processed in the order that they are received, and a rebate check will generally be mailed within 4-6 weeks, unless an application is selected for verification. Rental property applications should include proof of ownership of the property. Tenants are responsible for getting property owner permission (signed application) to install the energy efficient product. New construction is not eligible for this program.
