Michigan Gas Utilities (Efficiency United) - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

It is part of the Efficiency United and Energy Smart Programs run by Franklin Energy Michigan Gas Utilities (MGU) offers rebates, assistance and other incentives through the Efficiency United program, which is a partnership between 11 Michigan utilities.

The program is intended to provide assistance and incentives to customers who install or employ energy efficient equipment or measures which save money and energy at home and at work. The Energy Star Appliance Rebate Program is one part of this energy efficiency consortium. MGU offers rebates on natural gas water heaters, clothes washers, pipe wrap, faucet aerators and efficient shower heads. The Residential HVAC Program provides incentives to residential customers for installing energy efficient water heaters, furnaces, boilers, and thermostats. Incentives will be provided to the home owner and will be based on fulfilling energy efficiency standards.
