Program Summary

Ohio House Bill 6 was enacted into law October 21, 2019. As a result, mandated energy efficiency programs offered by electric utilities in the State of Ohio ended December 31, 2020.AES Ohio recognizes the value energy efficiency programs bring to home and business customers and is evaluating the potential to continue programs in the future.Currently AES only offers incentives on Smart Thermostats sold through AES Ohio Marketplace.
