Program Summary

This program is no longer available. For historical reference only. Powder River Energy Corporation (PRECorp) offers the Conservation Loan Program to encourage and help finance renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements for residential and small commercial customers in northeastern Wyoming. The loans are reserved for PRECorp members in the Residential, Residential Time-of-Day and General Service rate classes only. The loan carries a zero percent interest rate with a maximum payback time of 36 months. There is an application fee of 4% of the total requested loan amount. All applicants must attend an energy conservation seminar or training session provided by PRECorp before loan funds will be distributed.
