Customers must demonstrate permanency or sustainability of savings over the payback period. Equipment must exceed minimum federal and state mandated efficiency standards. Rebates will be paid within 30 days of an inspection of the system. Custom rebates are available to non-residential distribution customers and must meet a payback period between one and seven years.
