Piedmont Natural Gas - Non-Profit Energy Efficiency Program

This program is no longer active and for informational purposes only Piedmont Natural Gas Company provides incentives to non-profit customers seeking to improve the efficiency and performance of eligible facilities. The energy efficiency and weatherization measures provided by this program range from $1,500 - $15,000, at no charge to the customer. PNG will connect a 3rd party contractor with the applying organization. The assigned contractor will then perform a comprehensive energy audit. This process will help identify the most inefficient and costly aspects of operation and determines which improvements are necessary. Efficiency measures will primarily deal with the building envelope and priority will be given to facilities of less than 20,000 square feet in size. Equipment replacement is not eligible under this program. Non-profit customers in Catawba, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Forsyth, Davidson and Guilford counties are eligible for this program.
